We start with an initial chat to get an idea of what you are hoping for and once we are certain we can see what you are picturing, we put this down in a professionally drawn plan. The next visit will be to go over this to be sure it is right and if not, to redraw until it is. Once we have agreed the plan, the work will proceed and we will only leave when you are satisfied completely. There is always the opportunity to make changes at planning stage, at no extra charge.
